At Hillstrip, we want your holiday planning to be smooth, simple, and transparent. While you can browse through our packages, destinations, and services online, all bookings are finalized personally with our travel executives to ensure the best guidance and a hassle-free experience.

1. How to Book with Hillstrip

  • Customers can explore different packages and services on our website
  • For booking inquiries, you can:
    • Submit a form on our website
    • Contact us directly via WhatsApp
    • Call our helpline
  • Once we receive your inquiry, a dedicated travel executive will connect with you, explain the package details, customize the trip (if needed), and confirm your booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: To confirm a booking, an advance payment (generally 30–50% of the total package cost) is required.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your trip, as per the timeline communicated by your travel executive.
  • Payment Modes: Payments can be made securely via bank transfer, UPI, or other offline methods provided by Hillstrip.
  • All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees).

3. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation voucher with package details, inclusions, and payment status.
  • If advance payment is not received within the specified time, Hillstrip reserves the right to release the booking.

4. Amendments & Changes

  • Changes to travel dates, itineraries, or hotel categories are subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • All change requests must be made directly with your assigned travel executive.
  • Amendments close to the travel date may attract rescheduling fees depending on hotel/transport policies.

5. Force Majeure

Hillstrip will not be held liable for any failure, delay, or alteration in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, landslides, storms, etc.)
  • Political unrest, strikes, riots, or civil disturbances
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions
  • Flight cancellations, transport strikes, or weather conditions

In such cases, Hillstrip will make every effort to minimize inconvenience, but refunds or compensations will not be applicable for services affected by force majeure.

6. Travel Documents

  • Travelers are responsible for carrying valid personal identification (Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) as required for hotel check-ins, permits, and travel.
  • Any special permits (e.g., for restricted areas in Ladakh, Gurez Valley, Northeast India, etc.) will be arranged by Hillstrip where applicable.
  • Hillstrip will not be responsible for denied boarding, entry, or penalties arising from incomplete/invalid documents.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • Hillstrip acts as a travel planner and coordinator, arranging hotels, transport, and activities through trusted third-party providers.
  • While we ensure quality services, we are not responsible for:
    • Delays, losses, or accidents caused by hotels, airlines, or transport providers
    • Loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings during the trip
    • Health issues, accidents, or injuries during activities (adventure sports, treks, safaris, etc.)
  • Travelers are advised to purchase adequate travel and medical insurance before the trip.
  • Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in your business location].
