- We do not offer online booking payments. Customers can explore packages online and confirm booking via form submission, WhatsApp, or phone call with our travel executive.

- A booking is only valid once confirmed by our travel executive.
- Travelers must provide accurate personal details, including valid ID proofs.
- Any false information may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made as instructed by our travel executive.

4. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are based on the package details mentioned at the time of booking.
- Any extras (meals, activities, upgrades) not listed under inclusions will be charged additionally.

5. Traveler’s Responsibility

- Hillstrip is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
6. Hillstrip’s Responsibility
- We act as an intermediary between travelers and hotels, cab operators, and activity providers.
- We are responsible for ensuring confirmed bookings and smooth coordination.
- We are not liable for third-party failures such as airline delays, transport breakdowns, or hotel service issues.
7. Force Majeure
Hillstrip is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:
- Natural calamities (floods, landslides, earthquakes)
- Political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or sudden travel bans
- Weather conditions beyond human control
8. Amendments & Cancellations
- All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Changes to itineraries may attract rescheduling charges as per hotel/transport rules.
